Led technology is a system of Leds inserted in the controller to light up the buttons and provide a magical experience!

Like all electrical components the Leds will reduce the capacity of the battery so they can be used only with cable usb provided in the box, however the system is equipped with a on/off switch button placed on the back of the controller to turn on or off the leds whenever you need to.

Yes, all our controllers are original Sony and Microsoft products.

We provide 90 days warranty on all our products but you also have the option to extend it to 6 months or 1 year in step 2 before ordering.

Any game can be played with our products, the customization is done on the appearance and will not change the functionality.

If you selected Fast Processing option your controller will be shipped in 48 hours + shipping time, if you choose normal processing the controller will be customized for you in 5-7 days + shipping time. The estimated shipping time for all countries is 6 days through DPD courier. A tracking option will be added to your account after the order is made to see in real time the progress of the order.
